Q. Where is Safer Parking?
A. Situated in the Te Anau Industrial area. Safer Parkings address is: 48 Caswell Road
Q. Are toilets available at safer parking?
A. Yes
Q. Can we leave baggage and other items in our car?
A. Yes. We are the only secure parking provider in Te Anau - Caretaker living on premises, alarmed electric fencing & security lighting. You can never be too safe!!
Q. Do we have to book in advance?
A. We prefer you to book in advance (via Phone, Fax or Email), however we have a large parking area with plenty of parking with space issued on a first come first serve basis. Please provide Credit Card or Full Address when making a booking - Receipt of this informaiton will be a confirmation of your booking.
Q. How do we get entry to Safer Parking?
A. Access tags are available form the Caltex Garage, Luxmore Drive (the first gas station you come across) or Tracknet, Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park. These good guys are our agents.
Q. Where do we pay?
A. You pay at our agents Caltex Garage, Tracknet, Real Journeys or Fiordland Wilderness Experience. They will provide you with an access disk and a small map/info brochure on where to find us.
Q. How do we get from Safer Parking to where we are going? Eg. Milford Track, Kepler Track, Milford Sound, Routeburn Track, Hollyford Track etc.
A. All the transport providers, Tracknet, Real Journeys overnight Milford and Doubtful Sound cruises, Topline Tours, Cruise Te Anau, Fiordland Wilderness Experiences, Trips and Tramps and Wings and Water Te Anau, will pick you up from Safer Parking and drop you off on completion of your trip. There is no additional charge for this other than there normal charges.

A. Yes. But Fax, Phone or Email with your specific requirements adn we will give you a quote.
